Over the years, Sibi nurtured and expanded the business, establishing a strong presence across the UK. As the CEO of Curant Care, Sibi brings a unique blend of business acumen and a deep-rooted passion for healthcare. Shaina holds a wealth of experience and a true passion for the health and social care industry. Throughout her career, Shaina has successfully developed and led high-performing teams, driving them towards achieving their goals and targets. Her deep understanding of the business and its needs has allowed her to make significant contributions to the organisations she has worked with. Having held various roles, including care assistant, team leader, senior management, and operations director in leading domiciliary agencies and care homes, Shaina has gained invaluable insights into the industry. As a psychotherapist by profession, with a master's degree in sociology and an MBA from the University of Cardiff, she brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and strategic business acumen to her approach.
One of her notable achievements includes being recognised as a 'turn around manager' in 2017 due to her meticulousness and focus on compliance. Shaina believes that operational excellence is achieved through a combination of optimising processes, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
