Kayleigh is eager to contribute her expertise to Curant care as a Training and Quality Manager. Throughout her career, Kayleigh has designed and implemented a robust training program that has resulted in increased employee productivity and job satisfaction. By focusing on quality assurance processes and implementing performance metrics, Kayleigh has successfully maintained high-quality standards across the board. Her ability to analyse data, identify areas for improvement, and provide targeted training solutions has consistently driven positive outcomes. Kayleigh is very committed to fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement to drive success.

New workers are just as important to us as our existing workforce; our induction program ensures all staff are given the appropriate mandatory training to feel confident and prepared for their role. The theory elements of the programme ensure knowledge of legislation and guidance and the practical elements allow trainees to practice their learning in a safe environment, before joining the workforce. Further support and guidance are provided throughout their journey with Curant Care in a variety of ways allowing everyone to feel fully prepared for their care role.
